HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
A system that identifies, evaluates and control hazards that are significant for food safety. It is a prevention-based food system which assesses the inherent risks attributable to a product or process, and then determines the necessary steps that will control the identified risks.
The certification was awarded to Piau Kee as an International Standard Quality Management System that includes quality objectives, continual improvement and constant monitoring of customers’ satisfaction.
HALAL Certification by JAKIM
All our products are certified Halal by Islamic Development Department of Malaysia (JAKIM). Under this stringent standard, all ingredients, production processes and product handling procedures have been meticulously checked and in accordance with the Islamic requirement.
